This chapter examines the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing otorhinolaryngology (ENT) rehabilitation, addressing the high demand for more effective services due to the widespread occurrence of ENT disorders. Capabilities of AI in providing precise diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and improved monitoring promise significant advancements in patient outcomes. Application of AI in diagnostics, customized rehab strategies, and the use of virtual and augmented reality for therapeutic interventions are revealed. Additionally, a case study on tympanic membrane classification was conducted, demonstrating the performance of AI. Despite AI’s benefits in making rehabilitation more efficient and accessible, the chapter also considers ethical and privacy concerns, highlighting the need for a balanced approach to maximize benefits while addressing potential risks.
