A Conceptual Framework for Agile Mindset Shift in Business Management: Evidence from Emerging Economies Perspectives

The research paper tries to develop a conceptual framework for an agile mindset shift in business management from emerging economies by analyzing ten published interviews, five blogs, and five newspaper articles (20 items) from sources retrieved from secondary data, including social media and recent news articles. The research examines the impacts of agile methodology implementations, issues, and challenges in transforming management practices through agility, which enhances organizational adaptability complemented by flexibility and innovation capabilities in a changing economy. The paper also uses expert professional insights to explain major agile adoption processes, starting with mental transformation, framework selection, team collaboration, and user maintenance throughout the development cycle. Agile practice implementations boost business performance through their capabilities to deliver faster responses and rapid adaptation to new situations. The paper brings essential knowledge about agile approaches' broader effects on emerging economies while suggesting research paths for the future.
