摘要

Lack of transparency, fraud, claims delays and low adaptability are key challenges in the insurance sector. This work proposes a digital ecosystem based on Blockchain, Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAG), and Internet of Things (IoT) to improve traceability and process automation. Integrating smart contracts and IoT devices allows automatic verification of conditions and optimizes claims management. The use case focuses on automatic compensation for natural disasters, validating critical events such as torrential rains or earthquakes in real time.
