A Secure Transmission Scheme for Electronic Medical Records Based on Ascon-Sign
摘要
In the era of booming healthcare informatization, electronic medical records (EMRs) improve healthcare efficiency and facilitate information sharing. However, quantum computing poses a threat to traditional encryption and jeopardizes the transmission security of EMRs. In this paper, the scheme is proposed an Ascon-Sign-based EMR transmission scheme. By integrating Ascon and SPHINCS+ algorithms, combined with pipelined parallel processing and data compression techniques, the scheme optimizes the transmission performance in resource-constrained scenarios. Security analysis and performance evaluation demonstrate its efficient, safe, and effective resource utilization, providing feasibility for applications in real medical devices.
