Practical Problems of Space Technology Certification
摘要
Certification within the federal certification system for space technology in the Russian Federation is examined as a means of confirming compliance with established requirements. Space technology products in operation must adhere to technical specifications and legislative and regulatory standards, including quality requirements. The hypothesis posits that enhancing quality control at all stages of space technology development by refining the existing certification system will unequivocally ensure that the technology meets all specified requirements, including quality standards. This improvement could also reduce development time and mitigate non-standard situations. The research methods employed include analysis, comparison, grouping, systematization, generalization, induction, deduction, and forecasting. The study concludes with the necessity of developing and implementing a new certification system, along with identifying the conditions required for its feasibility.
