This work analyzes prospective intellectual digitalization technologies, particularly the group of technologies related to Big Data and AI. One of the features of the analysis is the consideration of these technologies within the framework of Russia's digital economy program. Tools for analyzing publication activity and analyzing open data on implemented projects in the field of these technologies in Russia were used to assess the current state of technologies and promising directions for their use in the knowledge-intensive sector of the economy.
