Despite the technology development and the emergence of various digital devices, which can be integrated into a general enterprise control system, a number of obsolete analog sensors are still used in production facilities. Data from these sensors cannot be obtained in real time. These sensors must be controlled manually, which leads to critical response delays and, consequently, can affect the safety and resilience of the production process. This paper describes a video surveillance and real time budget and scalable monitoring system of pointer gauges. The implementation is based on the Internet of Things technologies, computer vision and microcontrollers. The paper considers the entire process of information system operation, from video capturing, to data processing and transmission to the mobile device. In addition, a mobile application for obtaining video stream and sensor readings in real time is presented. Possible options for further development of the system are also considered, aimed at greater stability and independence of the system from the Internet and expansion of the area of possible application.

摘要
