Hybrid Human-AI Performance Evaluation System for Collaborative Business Ecosystems
摘要
The growing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has significantly transformed organizational behaviour and decision-making processes while simultaneously presenting notable societal challenges. Despite existing concerns, the benefits of AI are well-documented across various domains, including healthcare, manufacturing, and the creative industries. In the context of business ecosystems, this study introduces a simulation-based information system artefact designed to assess and influence inter-organisational collaboration, with the overarching goal of promoting ecosystem sustainability, particularly in environments with limited data availability. The proposed framework functions as a decision-support mechanism, enabling the CBE Manager to perform “what-if” analyses by adjusting the weights of selected performance indicators. AI plays a key role in this system by offering analytical insights through data analysis, pattern recognition, and predictive modelling. These capabilities facilitate evaluating individual and systemic collaborative behaviours across simulated scenarios, thereby informing strategic adjustments intended to foster enhanced performance and sustained collaboration within the ecosystem.
