This chapter summarises the main methods of pelvic floor imaging. It gives a brief overview of the various imaging modalities before considering each individual modality in its anatomic and functional iterations. Discussion of the imaging methodology follows, with a brief overview of the normal findings in each modality. There following a series of case studies, which aim to give an overview of the more common pathologies that can be diagnosed with these modalities and the correlative imaging findings.
