The Care Tracker is a healthcare management system that aims to automate the manual healthcare system and assist the medical personnel. Care Tracker is a Full Stack Software solution that combines patient and doctor administration for increased efficiency and better patient care. Developed using Django (a Python framework) for the backend, PostgreSQL as a Database, and HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and JavaScript as the Frontend, Care Tracker features a Disease Prediction tool that is trained and deployed using Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and BigQuery to assist in diagnosis to enhance overall user experience. The System also uses Generative-AI using Google’s Gemini to provide AI-powered prescriptions based on the symptoms provided by the user and the disease predicted by the machine learning model. Additionally, the project has a chatbot responsible for automating appointment booking and answering basic medical queries to reduce administrative workload and smooth user experience. Together, these features create an efficient healthcare management system that aims to improve patient care and medical operations.
