Epidural Anesthesia Complicated by Subarachnoid Cutaneous Fistula
摘要
The obstetrician called anesthesia for a labor epidural for his GiP0 patient. The first attempt on the patient resulted in a wet tap. The second attempt was successful. Neck pain evolved to a severe post-dural puncture headache. CSF was leaking out of the skin at the site of the wet tap.
