Thermodynamically based exercise suggestions based on an individual’s unique needs are the focus of this innovative strategy for cardiovascular health. Even while exercise is important for heart health, current recommendations do not usually take people’s unique circumstances into account. Using information gathered from a wide variety of wearable sensors and medical evaluations, including heart rate, VO2 max, metabolic rate, and others, this study builds a model that tailors exercise intensity to the specific cardiac demands of everyone. To optimize cardiovascular benefits and energy efficiency, the technique takes a thermodynamic view of energy expenditures. The results suggest that when people receive tailored workout advice based on their specific needs and physiological reactions, their cardiac functions improve and their energy utilization becomes more efficient. More effective and long-lasting exercise programs may be possible with this method’s data-driven, personalized approach to cardiovascular support. According to the results, a thermodynamic view of activity can improve current exercise recommendations, which could lead to more tailored approaches to cardiac treatment.

摘要
