Investigation of the Closing Time of the Executive Element of Shut-Off Valves in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
摘要
One of the main issues during the design of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is the conditions of project implementation. Thus, there should be a proper correlation between the technical parameters included in the project and the financial indicators of the project. Therefore, in the context of pipeline technology, at designing slide-valves for emergency overlapping of a flow of environment in the pipeline a major factor – speed of closing of lock is considered. The high speed can lead to hydraulic impact and then loss of durability and tightness of connections or break of pipeline. In this research, using the obtained dependence, closing time of a slide-valve was calculated. Based on these data, for pipes with known parameters, during the design, it is possible to calculate the pressure increment during hydraulic impact.
