In the article, the development of the requirements for the architecture of the intelligent decision-making system for the management of commercial enterprises and the issues of choosing the architecture were studied. The importance and effectiveness of using decision-making support systems of enterprises is substantiated. Various practical real examples of decision-making support systems and also intelligent decision-making systems in the fields of modern business and management have been analyzed in terms of the implementation of business processes. In the article, the classification of business models of commercial enterprises is given and the requirements for the intelligent decision-making system are elaborated. The use of various methods and techniques for managing business processes was analyzed, the impact of uncertain and difficult formalized factors on the decision-making process and the importance of their consideration was noted. The architecture of the intelligent decision-making system of commercial enterprises was proposed and the purpose and functions of each module were explained. This architecture allows to increase the efficiency of the business processes performed in the enterprises.
