Beyond Functionality: Usability, Accessibility, and UX Assessment of ADA Blocks
摘要
Educational technologies play a important role in enhancing teaching and learning processes. This paper evaluates Usability (US), Accessibility (AC), and user Experience (UX) of the ADA Blocks virtual assistant, designed to recommend block programming tools for educators. Ten human-computer interaction (HCI) experts participated in the evaluation, aiming to identify areas for improvement and enhance interaction efficiency and user satisfaction. Key issues identified include navigation challenges, accessibility barriers. These findings provide actionable insights to refine the assistant, ensuring it becomes more effective, inclusive, and capable of delivering a seamless UX.
