If You’re Not Aging, You’re Dead
摘要
Aging is a universal truth. From the moment we are born, our bodies, minds, and lives follow a path of growth, change, and eventual decline. The phrase “If you’re not aging, you’re dead” (a phrase I often share in my presentations and discussions with my research team) might seem blunt, but it highlights a fundamental reality: aging is the cost of living. Although aging is unavoidable, how it influences our world—biologically, socially, and demographically—is quite complex. Investigating what aging signifies, especially in a world where older populations are expanding rapidly, helps us better understand the potential impacts and opportunities that come with growing older.
