A Holistic Approach to Achieving Academic Excellence
摘要
This chapter examines the quality of higher education as perceived and experienced by various stakeholders. Employers, in particular, expect educational institutions to focus on developing students’ analytical, quantitative, and operational skills, which are crucial for graduates entering the job market. To achieve academic excellence, this chapter suggests that institutions should gather information about different factors and stakeholders when designing and implementing their educational programs and services. This data can help create academic programs and strategies that align with the varied expectations and interests stemming from emerging educational initiatives.
