SNCF Reseau investigates Additive Manufacturing (AM) with the ambition to leverage its potential in the rail network sector to benefit from a supply chain perspective as well as from an asset manager point of view. A wide range of AM materials and processes are available, but we limited our work initially to Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) for polymers and to Selective Laser Melting (SLM) and 3D Sand Printing (3DSP) for metals. We provide in this article an overview of our current work, illustrated with some of our latest achievements.

摘要

SNCF Reseau investigates Additive Manufacturing (AM) with the ambition to leverage its potential in the rail network sector to benefit from a supply chain perspective as well as from an asset manager point of view. A wide range of AM materials and processes are available, but we limited our work initially to Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) for polymers and to Selective Laser Melting (SLM) and 3D Sand Printing (3DSP) for metals. We provide in this article an overview of our current work, illustrated with some of our latest achievements.
