Cost of Meteorological Hazards on the French National Railway Network
摘要
The increasing average annual temperature and the intensification of extreme weather events are placing significant strain on national infrastructures, particularly railway networks. This paper examines the vulnerability of the French national railway network to meteorological hazards, focusing on weather-related train operations incidents and associated costs from 2001 to 2019. The study aims to provide insights for optimizing crisis management strategies and enhancing resilience to future climate conditions.
