The purpose of this study is to develop an intelligent tutoring system (ITS) using the modern machine learning algorithms to automate the most labor-intensive part of teachers’ work. Existing systems require preliminary preparation of educational material of the required format, which is a very labor-intensive process. This paper presents an ITS, the peculiarity of which is the availability of functionality to help the teacher in creating video and text material, as well as in editing and structuring it in an automated mode. This approach allows students to receive material not only in text form, but also in video format, thereby reducing the amount of work on preparing educational material.
