This study dealt with vibration analysis of imperfect graded perforated plate with cloud shaped hole by employing 3D tetrahedron finite element model. Due imperfections generated in fabrication process, three distinct forms of porosity can appear and the effective material properties can be divided hence to perfect and imperfect parts. The imperfections are spread in the form of pores which can be distributed uniformly (Ev), non-uniformly (Un) or sinusoidally (Sn) through the thickness direction. Moreover, this work encompasses the effects of porosity index and forms of distributions on natural frequencies of imperfect graded perforated plate with cloud shaped hole. Results draw the reliability of the formulation through comparison study and natural frequency decreases as porosity index increases with uniformly arranged pores.
