Our work studies the difficulties medical facilities have with adopting machine learning tools despite knowing their advantages. We review medical literature to analyze how ML technologies entered healthcare operations and developed into their present applications. The study uses VOSviewer version 1.6.20 to analyze ML adoption patterns in medical settings by accessing research data in the Scopus database. This research delivers important results which affect how doctors use technology in their work and help make medical science better. Through its detailed analysis the study increases academic knowledge about ML in medicine by helping researchers see key works and research trends that will guide their future research. This research helps healthcare staff learn the right ways to use technology while showing what they need to fix so they can use these systems better in medical procedures.
