Extradural and Intradural Clinoidectomy
摘要
The anterior clinoid process is a bony projection of the sphenoid bone at the junction of the lesser wing and the sphenoid body. As a bridge, the optic strut connects the lesser sphenoid wing to the sphenoid body [1, 2]. It is situated near critical structures, such as the optic nerve, internal carotid artery, and ophthalmic artery, making it a significant landmark in neurosurgical procedures [1] (Fig. 8.1).
