This chapter focuses on methodological integration in transdisciplinary legal research, moving away from dogmatic exclusivism in order to articulate a comprehensive, reflexive approach tailored to the needs of law. It presents qualitative methods such as interviews, content analysis, observation, case studies and philosophical-normative critique, alongside quantitative methods such as surveys, statistical analysis, experimentation and secondary data analysis. These will be further developed in the applied chapters that follow. Emphasis is placed on the complementarity of these tools, their epistemological relevance and their capacity to generate meaningful conclusions applicable to legal realities. Methodological transdisciplinarity entails epistemic triangulation, hermeneutic contextualisation, stakeholder participation and normative modelling. The reader is invited to discover how legal science is transformed and comes to life in a space of dialogue between norms, reality and meaning, connecting rigour with relevance.
