The following research implies the transformation of the perishable supply chain through digital processes, which use various digital technologies and are sustainable in handling the implementation of perishable products. Through research, various factors of barriersBarriers and driversDrivers of the green food supply chainGreen food supply chain have been listed, which shows the impact on supply chain management. A poll-based survey was used to examine the factors; information was collected from various experts, and factor analysis was taken based on expert responses. The procedure of Fuzzy TOPSISFuzzy TOPSIS is used to identify the prioritized factors of barriers and drivers for the transformation of perishable products. By integrating digital technology into the supply chain, this research also aims to improve effective operations, reduce waste, and improve the performance for handling perishable goodsPerishable goods.
