Developing a workforce that is adaptable to future difficulties has become a top priority in light of the dynamic changes in the global economy. This study looks at how life skills training affects college students’ employability and overall well-being in Bangalore. This educational framework equips young people with essential life skills, including decision-making, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and effective communication, enabling them to overcome both personal and professional challenges. Comparing quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the study looks at how life skills programs change students’ flexibility, ability to solve problems, and overall health by using a mixed-methods approach. The results show a strong link between life skills education and the development of qualities essential for a workforce prepared for the future, such as increased confidence, teamwork, and leadership. At the end of the assessment, there are important suggestions for lawmakers, teachers, and business partners: include basic skills training in regular lessons. This will help create a generation ready to make a real difference in the global business world.
