Women and Their Pioneering Role in Leadership and Sustainability in Light of Islamic Sharia and Legal Legislation in Jordan and Bahrain
摘要
This research aims to identify the ethics and skills of women leaders, the foundations for their selection, the challenges that prevent women from assuming leadership positions, and the Islamic approach to strengthening and empowering Arab women. In writing this research, we relied on the inductive and analytical approaches: through the induction and analysis of legal texts in the Qur'an and Sunnah, the legal approach to strengthening and empowering women, clarifying their rights, and motivating them for leadership, innovation, and sustainability. The researchers concluded that Islamic law is the first to honor and empower women, develop their capabilities, grant them the right to participate in decision-making, and activate their role in various administrative and leadership fields. Women also play a significant role in achieving sustainable development, and it is imperative to work on qualifying women and providing them with opportunities for leadership, innovation, and sustainability. Furthermore, it is necessary to enact legal legislation to achieve this goal, while confronting the culture, traditions, and customs that hinder women's developmental, administrative, and leadership roles. Researchers have concluded that Islamic law is valid for all times and places. Through legal and religious texts, women's leadership and sustainability can be enhanced, which impacts the family, women's rights, and society as a whole. Keywords: Arab women, leadership, innovation, sustainability, jurisprudential and legal legislation.
