This paper presents the design and development of a future-ready medical vest for real-time, multi-channel auscultation, designed to enhance pulmonary diagnostics and enable data readiness for cloud-based AI processing. The wearable vest is equipped with an array of acoustic sensors to capture respiratory sounds from multiple sites simultaneously. The system digitizes these signals and transmits them in real-time for remote access, making it suitable for telehealth applications as well. With real-time data acquisition, signal filtering, and pre-processing, the vest ensures accurate and efficient diagnosis. Although AI-assisted analysis is not the primary focus, the system is specifically designed to enable future AI integration for advanced respiratory disease diagnostics.
