摘要

To achieve balanced indicators of metrological, structural-algorithmic and functional efficiency of the developed means, the proposed methodological approach to the creation of a target-purpose information system consists of a combined analysis of measurement processes and corrective filtering. Corrective filtering was carried out in the Matlab software environment. It is evident from the results of the simulation modeling that errors have significantly decreased. A discrete averaging filter should be applied to the previously measured monitoring parameters when building an IIS for electrical equipment monitoring and diagnostics. Only then, based on the corrected results, should and diagnostics be conducted. Other characteristic errors are also examined using the aforementioned method. These include the impact of level quantization during the analog-to-digital conversion of signal samples (quantization noise), random variations in the instantaneous readings of the measuring signals (dating error), and their digital processing (rounding noise). In order to achieve balanced indicators of the metrological, structural-algorithmic, and functional efficiency of the developed tools, the suggested methodical approach to the creation of an information system for the intended purpose combines corrective filtering with an analysis of the.
