We shared seven cases where coproducing care had a positive effect on various facets of well-being for the participants involved in the coproductions. The cases exemplified a variety of additive and transformative coproductions which fell within a diverse set of social situations. The forms of care that resulted were mutually beneficial and collectively greater than the sum of their parts. In the following subsections, we synthesize the findings from our cases with respect to restructuring traditional forms of care. We frame coproduced care as a uniquely valuable form of salutogenic care across the additive/transformative spectrum, and provide implications for facilitating care coproductions through research approach and design.

摘要
