Sustainability reporting is becoming increasingly challenging for companies—especially in view of the new CSRD. Digital tools are required to present the large amount of data in the complex corporate systems and along the supply chain in a transparent and credible manner. However, using these is sometimes expensive, requires a lot of knowledge and takes time. The corporate carbon footprint is an important instrument in this construct for determining a company’s carbon footprint. We have developed a tool with which even small and medium-sized companies can create and visualize this with little effort. Code available in GitHub.

摘要

Sustainability reporting is becoming increasingly challenging for companies—especially in view of the new CSRD. Digital tools are required to present the large amount of data in the complex corporate systems and along the supply chain in a transparent and credible manner. However, using these is sometimes expensive, requires a lot of knowledge and takes time. The corporate carbon footprint is an important instrument in this construct for determining a company’s carbon footprint. We have developed a tool with which even small and medium-sized companies can create and visualize this with little effort. Code available in GitHub.
