Technology for Creating Complex-Profile Parts Using Casting on Burnt Models
摘要
Photopolymer resins are used casting technology on burnt models. Additive technologies for growing prototypes of products from photopolymers make it possible to complex spatial configuration creates castings. This approach allows us to develop a technological process for experimental parts without significant costs. However, a number of problems associated with the rejection of casting molds due to the polymers thermomechanics are noted. The defects percentage can be reduced by creating cellular structures within the prototype. But a significant amount of laboratory testing also involves this approach. This is aimed at assessing the prototypes thermal expansion with different cellular structures. Materials and construction thermomechanics analysis of the numerical models of their behavior is an alternative. This can be implemented in simulation models of the technological process stages, which will allow for testing within the framework of virtual analysis. The technological process of creating an impeller-type part using casting on burnt models is considered in this paper. The model describing the photopolymer material behavior based on open source data was created as a first approximation. The design of the technological process and production of a pilot casting have been done.
