Justification of the Parameters of a Semi-Automated Loading and Transport Unit with Manipulators of a Sequential Structure

In the modern world, loading devices are widely used in the oil and gas industry when working on storage platforms and when loading bulk cargo. During loading and transportation operations, there is no functionality for controlling the loader and maneuvering the chassis relative to the loaded and transported object. Therefore, it is proposed to use a semi-automatic loader based on a stacker, with three manipulators of sequential design, a conveyor belt with load limiters and a removable container. The loader allows you to automate the process of loading and unloading cylindrical loads at oil and gas facilities. As a result of the work, a general view of the loading and transport unit is presented, the technological process of loading and transporting oil barrels in four stages is considered. The degree of mobility of the manipulators was found. A theoretical service area has been formed. The problem of planning programmatic movements of a lifting body is considered.
