An approach has been developed to analyze the industrial enterprises performance in terms of quality goals achieving. The results of this approach approbation are given on the example of the light and textile industry enterprises “ANA” and “Salyut” (St. Petersburg) results for 2013–2018. The controllability and stability conditions are obtained depending on the parameters values of the enterprise quality management system. These conditions are based on the mathematical models created earlier by the authors and allows solving the problems of managing the state of this system as a subsystem of general management. To conduct the study the following were used: the apparatus of the theory of automatic control, qualimetry methods and expert assessments.
