A methodology for studying dynamic processes in a gate valve with direct electromechanical drive is considered. The drive provides reciprocating linear movement of the gate valve using a screw pair integrated into the rotor of an asynchronous electric motor. To analyze the loading process of the drive when moving the gate, a parameterizable solid model of the valve was created. An algorithm has been proposed for studying the power characteristics of a direct electric drive of reciprocating motion, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative ranges of areas and design parameters, taking into account equalities and restrictions. The results of modeling the speed of fluid flow in the Ansys CFX package are presented. The resulting forces acting on the gate when closing or opening the valve are obtained, which make it possible to find the drive power corresponding to the current load and combine the traction characteristic of the drive with the load characteristic.

摘要
