The study investigates the development of innovation ecosystems, particularly those supported by the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), while examining the pivotal role of digital platforms in these environments. Adopting a constructive approach, the research presents a revision of the Quadruple Helix Model, highlighting the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) capabilities to enhance innovation. Moreover, it proposes a digital platform model designed to strengthen collaborative efforts and ensure seamless collaboration across academia, industry, government, and civil society. The examination of the Ukrainian WIN2EDIH project serves as a practical case study, demonstrating the implementation of such frameworks and providing a blueprint for similar initiatives worldwide.
