This study investigates the impact of AI on the development of essential skills among business faculty students, particularly how AI affects learning quality, critical thinking, and academic integrity during a time of technological transition. It explores whether AI fosters competence development or facilitates shortcuts that may erode long-term educational resilience. Through a structured questionnaire and analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the study gathers empirical insights into students’ perceptions and behaviors regarding AI tools. The findings are expected to highlight the tensions between technological efficiency and educational sustainability, offering practical guidance for educators and policymakers seeking to cultivate resilient, ethically grounded, and future-ready graduates in business disciplines.
