Employment Adaptability of Chinese Returnees: Implications for Sustainable MSME Growth
摘要
This study will look at how Chinese people returning from abroad adjust to working in their country upon returning from abroad. In this study, two important factors play a role which are continuous self-development and the intention to have a flexible career as these two factors help them to adapt more easily in the local job market as well as increase employment opportunities and adapt to the needs of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The study will also provide useful guidance to employers, policymakers and educators on how to build career development programmes that are more flexible and fit current needs so that they can help MSMEs grow more innovatively and sustainably. This study will observe how graduates who return to Zhejiang Province, China, can better adapt in their careers.
