The objective of this study is to examine the impact of food delivery digital apps usage on the purchase decision among students. By using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the underpinning theory, the independent variables are the customer satisfaction, living arrangements, convenience and technological literacy. Customer satisfaction reflects the quality and service reliability, while living arrangements, such as living alone or with roommates, affect reliance on these apps. Convenience is evaluated in terms of time-saving benefits, and technology literacy is considered essential for navigating the app interfaces efficiently. The samples were taken from students in various universities in Selangor, Malaysia which consists of 211 respondents with variety of background using random sampling. From the multiple regression, we found that all variables gave a positive significant impact except for technology literacy which has no significant difference impact on purchase decision among the students. This may due to the sample study of students which consists of Gen Z and above who are born with the technology literacy.
