Using a combination of research methods such, as literature reviews and field studies alongside community surveys and case studies is the approach of this research to uncover the architectural importance of traditional Peranakan houses while also exploring the obstacles, to their conservation and discussing viable entrepreneurial strategies that can promote sustainable heritage preservation practices effectively. The research aims to showcase instances of entrepreneurship and underscore the significance of involving communities in crafting programs that respect and uphold local customs. This research aims to offer suggestions, on combining tactics with cultural conservation endeavors to enhance our comprehension of cultural sustainability and its financial possibilities in a more profound manner.
