摘要
Traditional fossil energy reserves centered on coal, oil, and natural gas have recognized to be extremely active drivers of economic advancement, but at the same time harmful to the human health and to environment. It highlights how access to affordable, clean energy can drive social progress by creating jobs, reducing poverty and improving living standards in both urban and rural areas. From an environmental perspective, this chapter explores how sustainable energy solutions can play a key role in mitigating climate change and reducing our ecological footprint. Transitioning from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources such as biomass, wind, solar energy and hydroelectric power significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions promote cleaner air and conserve natural resources for future generations. Keeping in mind, the economic, environmental and social effects of sustainable energy development practice both current and future perspectives have remained studied in this chapter, additionally provides a comprehensive understanding of how sustainable energy can promote social well-being, protect the environment and stimulate economic growth and help create a more resilient and equitable future.
