Unilateral condylar hyperplasia, also known as hemi-mandibular hyperplasia or unilateral condylar enlargement, is a rare, non-neoplastic, and self-limiting condition that affects the temporomandibular joint in young individuals. In this chapter, we describe use of virtual surgical planning in preparation for orthognathic surgery.
