This chapter contains programs for time series and images in MATLAB. The following programming codes are available: the frequency sweep signal, the sharp square and sine waves with exponential noise, the ensemble and running averages, two cross-correlation programs with the manual and automatic selection of the intervals for cross-correlation, the signal amplitude stretching algorithm, the fast Fourier transform, and the particle image velocimetry.
