Cultural competence within simulation education programs is imperative. It necessitates a comprehensive knowledge of program strengths and weaknesses, a commitment to incorporating diversity, and highly trained facilitators who promote critical thinking and inclusion awareness. While creativity is a valuable trait for simulation faculty, this chapter emphasizes the importance of leveraging existing resources and networking opportunities and avoiding the need for reinventing the wheel.
