The integration of perovskite materials into wearable electronics demands a fundamental reconsideration of conventional synthesis approaches. While traditional perovskite synthesis methods such as solid-state reactions, hydrothermal processing, and high-temperature chemical vapor deposition, have proven effective for laboratory-scale device fabrication, they are relatively incompatible with the temperature-sensitive flexible substrates and scalability requirements of wearable applications. Thus, the synthesis techniques discussed in this chapter are dedicatedly applicable for the formation of wearable structures equipped with perovskite materials, and then the integration methods to seamlessly combine perovskite materials into wearable structures are presented.

摘要
