Conclusion
摘要
This chapter closes by summarising the contradictions and complexities young men and boys face. Traditional masculine ideals persist yet clash with modern identities, creating tension between internal and external selves. Rising mental health issues, harmful online spaces and enduring violence highlight systemic failings. Resentment, precarious masculinity and blame culture fuel misogynistic beliefs, while boys lack safe spaces to explore these challenges. A strategic, coordinated approach which spans education, parents/carers, professionals and government is essential. Co-design and participatory research must include boys as experts in their experiences. Opening dialogue without blame or shame is critical to achieving positive outcomes for all.
