Partitioning Quality Indicators on the Basis of Pressure Angle with 3RRR Planar Parallel Robots
摘要
There are many technical issues that need to be resolved in order to completely design a parallel robot in particular and robots in general. The synthesis process of structural dynamics is often the first problem after technical requirements are provided. Besides the technical parameters such as degrees of freedom, accuracy, and repeatability in the equipment catalog by the manufacturer, other parameters such as input transmission coefficient, output transmission and global transmission coefficient are also very important. Such these parameters are taken as the criteria for optimal design of the structure during the kinematic synthesis process. In most optimal design problems, regardless of the method, understanding the law of variation of these quantities through their partitions on the Atlas is often the first step. This article aims to present a numerical method to partition the above data as a basis for synthesizing structural dynamics and operating them effectively in practical use. The obtained results indicate the ability to automate the data segmentation process quickly and accurately for robots, especially for parallel robots.
