The abstract Pet care is undergoing a digital transformation through the integration of smart technologies that enable continuous monitoring and proactive management of animal health and safety. This paper presents Pet’s Hub, a unified smart platform combining IoT-enabled wearables, GPS-based tracking, cloud-based digital veterinary records, and AI-driven behavioral analysis to improve pet welfare. The platform was designed to address the fragmentation in current pet care systems by consolidating multiple functions—health monitoring, location tracking, and record management—into one cohesive solution. Through prototype simulation and scenario-based testing, Pet’s Hub demonstrated timely alert delivery (average ~ 16 s), high diagnostic accuracy (93%), and strong user satisfaction (4.5/5) regarding the app’s usability and data accessibility. With robust performance and 99.5% uptime for real-time data access via cloud storage, the platform shows practical viability for home and clinical pet care settings. The integrated system also fosters improved communication between pet owners and veterinarians, supporting early detection of health issues and enabling faster interventions. Pet’s Hub stands out as a scalable and intelligent solution for enhancing pet health, safety, and overall quality of life through a data-driven approach.
