摘要

Modern surgical practices have been revolutionized by the integration of robotic surgical instruments: they reduce human error and improve the conditions for patients. AI driven automation, real-time matrix decision making and enhanced dexterity are explored in this paper as being some of the latest advancements in robotic surgery. Innovations in the study include the autonomous robotic assistance and the machine learning based image recognition as well as the haptic feedback mechanism and they all improve surgical efficiency. This paper identifies benefits of the robotic assisted procedures in terms of reduced recovery time, less invasiveness and enhanced procedural accuracy by analyzing case studies and recent technological breakthroughs. Yet, there are still challenges of high costs, ethical considerations, and need for extensive training before the technology can be adopted in mass scale. By underlining the impact that robotic surgical instruments would have, this research also sheds light on what robotic surgical instruments could potentially bring to the table in the future of modern surgery.
