Inter-hospital collaborative care processes often encounter significant challenges, particularly in synchronization between various systems, traceability of operations, and the secure sharing of patient data. Additionally, health insurance barriers frequently delay, disrupt, or even deny patient care. Hence, individuals registered with mutual insurance companies face poor service quality, compounding the issue. Motivated by these challenges, this work aims to identify gaps, analyze deficiencies, and propose relevant technological solutions. We propose here a unification approach to enhance the quality of collaborative services across institutions with diverse specialties, such as hospitals, mutual insurance companies, and pharmacies. To oversee stakeholder interventions in each collaborative healthcare process and to ensure comprehensive coverage of medical activities, especially in cases involving third-party payments, we adopted a Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism embedded within a smart contract model that we will deploy on the Ethereum blockchain.

摘要
